Full-Time Project Manager

We are looking for a new Project Manager / Office Manager to join our team. Past experience in an agency environment is a plus, but drive, attention to detail and eagerness to learn can also get you very far here. We are looking for someone to fit right into our small 7-person team here in sunny Venice, CA.  

Our project manager duties include:

  1. Being the center of communication for all projects related to web design, brand strategy, social media for both clients and internal teams
  2. Managing all project timelines and deliverables
    1. Holding the team accountable with individual deadlines, scheduling necessary internal reviews, communicating with clients with any updates
  3. Scheduling all calls and meetings, and updating calendars
  4. Assistance in coordinating client shoots, events, and client presentations
  5. Assisting in product testing and site Q+A
  6. Product data import for e-commerce clients
  7. Resizing of images for client sites
  8. Assistance in finding inspiration for client mood-boards or print sampling
  9. New hire set up and training support
  10. Some office management support  including but not limited to:
    1. Bill pay
    2. Account set up
    3. Coordinate all office happenings
    4. General errands
    5. Expense reports

Must be good with grammar and an excellent note taker.

Web Designer

We are looking for a talented freelance Web Designer to join our team. This position is part time for up to three months – with the opportunity to continue with our team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design and possess superior user interface design skills. Ultimately, you should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Junior level web designers are totally welcome! You will be working under our lead web designer.

HERE IS THE PRE-REQUISITE – Must be local in LA, and must be able to work with us in-office at least 2 days a week.


  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards


  • Proven work experience as a web designer
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio – FASHION + BEAUTY are a plus.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
    Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

Marketing Design Intern

We are looking for a rockstar intern to assist our clients and teams’ needs in content, social media, e-commerce and development support.

Duties include:

  • Working with our design team to create content for clients
  • Manage client events and pop-ups at our concept shop
  • Supporting client efforts on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram
  • Support client marketing programs and influencer promotions
  • Support on client photo shoots
  • Tracking client growth on site traffic and social
  • General admin support such as resizing images, uploading content to client sites, blog posts, and errands
  • General development support in product uploads and site QA and testing


  • Strong familiarity and love for social media
  • 2 days a week in our LA office (3 if possible)
  • A desire to work in a boutique creative environment
  • BONUS* – Familiarity with photoshop

School credit can apply.

Freelance Website Developer

Option to work from home, but an extra PLUS is being local to LA and being able to work in our office with our designer and developers at least once a week.  Please ONLY submit if you live within the US. 


  • Take designs built using Sketch or Photoshop and develop fully responsive sites and their back ends CMS, using platforms like Expression Engine, WordPress or Magento.
  • Review and provide technical feedback on web designs
  • Ensure on time deployment
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, identify solutions, and help define necessary program changes or system enhancements.
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.Requirements:
  • Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and APIs.
  • GitHub experience
  • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
  • Skills: PHP, WordPress, Magento, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Python, Django, Ruby, Rails, etc.
    JavaScript, ExtJS, Dojo, jQuery, Node, Backbone, Mustache, Knockout, Angular, Ember, etc.
    Mobile: Android, iOS, etc.
  • Two to four years of related experience including web development, and web design.
  • Web analytics, HTML, SEO, SEM, PPC, and eCommerce is a plus.
